PARKINSON'S CLASSES

Holy Trinity Hall, Gateway Close, Northwood HA6 2RP. 
Wednesdays 11.00am-12 noon.
Ageing Well Exercise to maintain Physical Fitness and Brain Health, including resistance, flexibility and dance exercises to improve strength, mobility and coordination.  
Suitable for medium/fit older adults, early-stage Parkinson's or other neurological conditions. All standing (but mainly moving about!)  Penny has been running this sociable group for over ten years with success.

*Online Thursdays 2pm - 2.50pm: Exercise to Music for Parkinson's and people with more severe mobility challenges.  Mainly seated.

 

TAI CHI FITNESS

*Online: Tuesdays 6pm – 6.50pm

Evreham Sports Centre Tuesdays 10am-11am

Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Centre Thursdays 8.20am-09.10am.

Sun-style Tai Chi to learn and combine traditional Chinese 'Qi Gong' and philosophy to promote health and well-being.

 

TAP DANCE

St Leonard's Church Hall, Iver SL0 9DD

Mondays 7pm - 8pm Slow Intermediate Tap dance classes   £6 per week
Dancing is an enjoyable way to keep fit, with music to lift the spirits.  Informal group, fun, sociable, no exams, Beginners welcome. ‘Associated Tap Dancers’ affiliated.  

 

*ONLINE CLASSES FOR LEARNING MOVES MEMBERS

Members can attend either or both online classes listed. All classes subject to change; members will be informed.
MEMBERSHIP and SUBSCRIPTIONS - £16 per month  (£11 for people with Parkinson’s, MS or Stroke damage).  
Subscription will give you access to the above classes for FOUR weeks, plus the videos.
